Shipping

I take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly, no matter where you are in the world.

Free domestic shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped free via:

  • Australia Post

  • Pack n Send (used for larger, framed or high-value items)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
Shipping internationally is additional; please contact toni@tonivallance.com for a quote. I ship international orders with Pack n Send.

If you have placed an order with an international address, we may contact you after purchase to provide a custom shipping quote or confirm details.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Dispatch Times
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. During the seasonal holidays, this may be longer; in that case, I will be in touch with an estimated dispatch time.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. I use environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible, without compromising on safety.

Returns

Each of my paintings is created with care and intention and is original, so I am unable to accept returns or offer change-of-mind refunds. All purchases are considered final.

I kindly ask that you choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a painting, its colours, scale, or materials, I am happy to help before you place your order. Please reach out to me with any questions at toni@tonivallance.com.

Damage during shipping
I take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are professionally packed and shipped with carrier insurance unless otherwise arranged. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me at toni@tonivallance.com within 7 days of receipt so I can assess and resolve the issue promptly. Please include photographs of the damage, including any to the exterior packaging.

Colour variation disclaimer
Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. I do my best to photograph each artwork in natural light to reflect its true tone and texture. However, due to screen calibration and lighting, minor variations can occur and are not considered a fault or reason for a return or refund.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Toni Vallance and are protected by copyright law.

No image of any artwork may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from me, the artist.

This includes (but is not limited to) use for prints, merchandise, promotional material, editorial reproduction, digital distribution, AI training datasets, or any other commercial or derivative application.

Unauthorised use constitutes a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.
